The Future Leader Scholarship

THE FUTURE LEADER 17th
The Future Leader (TFL) is a Full scholarship program for a Master of Management from the PPM School of Management, which is highly dedicated to developing management science. This program is routinely held to serve Indonesia, which manifests in developing human resources and future leaders in management science.

Aside from that:
- Opportunity to participate in various business competitions and case writing with guidance from lecturers or practitioners of the PPM School of Management and/or PPM Management
- Opportunity to attend scientific conferences with guidance from lecturers or practitioners at PPM School of Management and/or PPM Management
- Opportunity to develop 4 (four) core soft competencies in an integrated manner, consisting of leadership, self-confidence, relationship building, and passion for growth.
- Opportunity to apply knowledge gained in class and hone the ability to work together and organize through various student events.
Requirements for The Future Leader Scholarship Recipients:
- Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
- Maximum age 26 years as of September 1, 2025
- Not married & will not marry during the program period (education period and OJT)
- Will not work in a place other than OJT placement during the program period (education period and OJT)
- I am not currently participating in the selection process for other scholarships, jobs, BUMN, CPNS, and so on while participating in the selection series, undergoing the lecture program, and until the end of the service bond period.
- Bachelor's or Diploma 4 graduates (no later than August 1, 2025) from domestic and foreign universities and study programs.
- The minimum GPA for undergraduate students is 3.00
- English language ability is demonstrated by a minimum TOEFL score of 500 or an IELTS score of 6 from an English language test institution and is still valid.
- Have leadership spirit
Demonstrated by at least 1 (one) certificate or letter stating that you have been part of an organization or committee. - Achievement
Demonstrated by at least 1 (one) certificate of award for a competition, contest or specific event at least within the faculty scope.
Required files:
- Scan or photo of legalized diploma and transcript:
- For applicants from domestic state/private universities: Legalization from the relevant university if the diploma is a photocopy.
- For applicants from overseas universities: Legalization from the Directorate General of Higher Education (DIKTI)
- Certificate of Graduation (SKL) and final transcript from the relevant university for applicants who have not graduated

- Scan or photo of Identity Card (KTP).
- Scan or photo of Family Card.
- Professional Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Scan or photo of TOEFL test result score min. 500 or IELTS min. 6 (prediction version is allowed, and make sure the certificate is still valid)
- Scan or photograph documents proving participation in committees or organizations.
- Scan or photograph documents or certificates of appreciation for achievements.
- Recent full-body professional photo in postcard size with white background (max. 5 MB in .jpeg/.png/.pdf format)
- Recent professional colour photo size 4×6 with a white background (max. 5 MB in .jpeg/.png/.pdf format)
- Recommendation form from the head of the university or supervisor or work superior (download the recommendation form at bit.ly/SRTFL17 )

- Completed statement form (download the statement at bit.ly/SPTFL17 )
