Subject: Self Development
The Self Development course aims to develop the abilities of students in the PPM School of Management undergraduate program in introducing self-potential. Through T-group activities, making Action Plans, and mentoring, students are facilitated by Mentors to identify themselves, discover potential, and open themselves to the environment. The self-development process of PPM School of Management students is focused on developing 4 (four) soft skills, namely Self Confidence, Fostering Personal Relationships (Relationship Building), Team Leadership, and Passion for Growth.
Subject: Team Development
Team Development is a course that gives students the PPM School of Management undergraduate program students the ability to form groups and maintain performance in groups. Each group that is formed will be directed towards their potential and cooperation in order to support each other in realizing a project / event, with different themes each year. Facilitated by the Mentor, students are equipped with interpersonal skills, cooperation, and conflict management in designing, preparing, implementing, and evaluating the implementation of a project / event.
The Team Development course is equipped with an experiential learning method, through the Outward Bound Training. In these activities, students of the PPM School of Management undergraduate program explore their potential and collaborate in various activities in nature, which can support preparation for project / event implementation.
Subject: Community Development
PPM School of Management provides programs that are able to have a positive impact on community development in the surrounding environment, through the Community Development course. With the theme of Education and Small Business, this course aims to develop leadership abilities, build character, and fulfill roles in community development carried out in groups within a certain period of time. Through the Community Development course, students of the PPM School of Management undergraduate program are expected to be able to develop into responsible individuals, behave positively and productively in society.

Through the Self, Group, and Community Leadership course, students of the Wijawiyata Management Masters Program PPM School of Management are invited to know their own potential, learn to collaborate with others effectively, develop self-competence through small groups, and have social sensitivity for communities that are lacking. lucky. The self-development process of PPM School of Management students is focused on developing 4 (four) soft skills, namely Self Confidence, Fostering Personal Relationships (Relationship Building), Team Leadership, and Passion for Growth. By using the T-group method, making Action Plans, and mentoring, students are facilitated by Mentors to identify themselves, discover potential, and open themselves to the environment.
One of the methods used is the experiential learning method, through Outward Bound Training activities. In these activities, students of the Wijawiyata Management Master Program PPM School of Management explore their potential and collaborate in various activities in nature.
At the end of the Self, Group, and Community Leadership course, Wijawiyata Management Masters students at PPM School of Management undergo Community Awareness activities. In these activities, students in small groups provide programs that can have a positive impact on community development in the surrounding environment. It is hoped that through Community Awareness activities, students will have social sensitivity to the surrounding community and be able to make a positive contribution to society.
