Mini MM Strategic, Financial Risk, and Modeling Program – PPM School x BDO in Indonesia

The Mini MM program is designed to provide stimuli such as the MM/MBA program, which will later build a more critical way of thinking and inspire innovation obtained from best practices in various contexts. In addition, the balanced composition of theoretical and practical concepts makes this program a means to improve participant competence in Management and business.

PPM School of Management & BDO Indonesia collaborate to design a comprehensive and practice-oriented program that combines academic, practical, and consultative expertise from PPM School of Management and BDO Indonesia. This collaboration aims to produce a comprehensive curriculum related to business management with an emphasis on business data analysis through financial modelling, risk, and business scenarios so that participants gain technical skills to analyze business data in supporting the formulation of organizational business strategies.

Program Objectives

2. Able to develop business strategies using best practices in strategic planning as follows:
   • Where to Play – market/industry assessment, consumer research tools, competitive assessment
   • How to Win – SWOT Analysis, Business Model Canvas
   • Sustain the Strategy – house of Strategy, strategic transformation office
3. Able to prepare business transformation using strategic transformation models.
4. Able to compile a 3-way financial model using international financial modelling best practices.
5. Able to examine the implementation of enterprise risk management in the organization, identify and assess various types of risks, including financial risks, using qualitative and quantitative approaches to make decisions regarding Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
6. Able to design and model sensitivity and scenario analysis functions in 3-way best practice financial models and translate business strategies into projection assumptions to explore possible scenarios and select the best scenario to provide the best results.

Program Perkuliahan

Lecture Schedule

• Lectures are conducted online via Zoom and offline at PPM School of Management.
• Each course has eight lecture sessions (including 1 Guest Lecture session) and 1 exam session.
• The total duration of lectures is 3 months.

The minimum class attendance requirement to take the exam & get a certificate is 80%.

Mini MM Participant Requirements

• Requirements for Prospective Participants
  • Minimum education S1
  • Minimum 2 years work experience
  • Participants already have basic knowledge and skills related to accounting, Microsoft Excel, and Corporate Finance.

• In-House Class Requirements
  
  • The minimum number of participants is 15 people
  • Lecture schedules can be adjusted to company needs
  • If implemented at the company location, the Company provides transportation and accommodation for teachers & team.
