Keeping up with the dynamics of the business environment, PPM School of Management has designed a curriculum that focuses on the ability of participants to integrate all concepts, knowledge and experiences gained into actions that have a scientific basis, and can be accounted for (conceptual actions) within the scope of the company. This conceptual action is carried out to help companies anticipate environmental changes.
To gain the ability to lead change, three basic elements are needed:
- Conceptual Skills
The conceptual development dimension starts with managing self, organization, human capital, and relationships
- Competence
In the field of competency skills, individuals who have good analytical, synthesis, interpersonal, and personal skills will be built
- Insights into the context in which a manager is located
The right insight into where the participants are in the industry as well as their relationship with the international community — emphasizing the development of the context.
